The Company is proposed as a technology-driven organization focused on providing end-to-end solutions in automated parking systems and related infrastructure solutions. The vision is to build a dependable, modern, and scalable organization that delivers precision-engineered systems, strong after-sales support, and long-term value to clients such as builders, developers, consultants, and institutional customers. The Company will initially operate with a lean team, optimized operating costs, and a phased hiring and expansion plan. The first year will focus on market entry, brand establishment, supplier finalization, system standardization, and execution of initial projects. Fabrication activities will be outsourced in the initial phase to control capital expenditure, with in-house fabrication evaluated in later years based on order volume and financial stability. The business will be funded through a founder–investor partnership, with equal ownership and profit-sharing after recovery of the invested capital. The operational model is designed to reflect international work culture standards while remaining cost-efficient and practical for the Indian market.
