hyperGO is a complete hyperlocal delivery platform that integrates different stores in a city/town under a single online platform. We deliver Food, Medicine, and Grocery & pick n drop to customers in less than an hour's time. Currently operating in more than 7 cities and in multiple states in India and the Middle East, we have thousands of customers on our platform. WhatsApp API has enabled our customers to give orders through a simple text. We franchise to smaller towns and cities; we have an excellent franchise model which will help us expand to multiple cities in a very short time. We charge a franchise fee as well as commission from each order in that area. Our revenue mostly comes from store commission, franchisees, and monthly subscription packages through our App. We also provide customers with custom-designed monthly grocery and medicine packages so that they don't have to worry about ordering again and again, Instead, hyperGO delivers what they need every month at the right time. We also plan to integrate various services like booking a plumber, electrician, laundry services, or even pre-book hospital appointments through our App. This will change the face of hyper-local e-commerce in our country. ONLINE PHARMACY Customers can order medicines by sending doctor's prescription (for prescription medicines). As soon as the company receives an order, a dedicated team will verify the orders and send them to the pharmacy, where it will be billed. The delivery executive of the company will then deliver medicines at the given address. The customers can either pay online or pay cash on delivery. According to the company, it has received orders from more than 2000 customers in the first month. Our trucks scheduled at different intervals of time in a day will have all the necessary vegetables, fish, meat and groceries. In this model we bring the store to the customer. The customer can also book their items through the conventional manner via our app by pre-booking the items they need. We serve customer food choices from Diversity of fast foods to homely meals. We also enable late night food delivery to IT parks, Colleges & university campuses. To serve our customers better.
