"An ai based real-time easy to use industrial and corporate contract employee selection and payroll with lifecycle management platform. An Overview The proposed platform is web based and mobile app-based solution for all corporate establishments, industrial houses, residential complexes, and construction / infrastructure companies that need blue collared casual, un-skilled, semi-skilled, and skilled labour and office staffing. It will understand the needs of a certain entity and highlight recommended options of available profiles of candidates with their verified credentials. On selection of a certain candidate/s the platform will complete the onboarding process for the candidate, prepare the candidate for joining and thereafter manage the attendance, payroll, compliance, and exit of the candidate, thereby managing and governing the life cycle of the candidate / employee within that entity for the entire period of his/her employment. Besides the obvious it will also have real-time ready reports on the employee (on rolls or contract) anytime and monthly reports such as pay-slips, Labour compliance challans / receipts etc. The biggest benefit however is the offloading of liability of the entity for any labour related risks, be it shortages, skill training or government regulation, thus enabling the organization to focus of its core capabilities and increased efficiencies. This system will marry the physical requirements of employment with the real time digital access to employee lifecycle data, including but not limited to; digital attendance marking, app-based location tracking, digital leave application, live PF and compliance access, etc. using Bluetooth, GPS, APIs to compliance data, and artificial intelligence (AI) to crawl the internet to look for the right fit for selection.
