IDEATE ENERGY PRIVATE LIMITED is a gradually growing company started in the year 2020. We are a compressor manufacturing company, with global operations. Our factories are located in India and worldwide. Established in 20’s, we have a long experience with gases and compression. Our key products are: Industrial gas compressors, Cryogenic pumps, CNG Compressors, Oil-free Compressors etc. IDEATE Energy offers Hydraulic Boosters with world’s best Hydraulic Cylinders from Italy with differential piston to save 40% energy. Our Boosters are equipped with IoT enabled controls for remote monitoring from mobile. IDEATE CNG Hydraulic Booster compressor is uniquely designed and has been developed with the latest technology which can operate with a wide range of suction pressure without any regulator (Generally, it lies between 30-230 Bar). When the compressor is used as a booster, the system always supplies compressed gas at the correct pressure, assuring the fastest refuelling by maintaining maximum pressure throughout the fueling cycle. Our Booster compressor is uniquely designed without any cooling water and fully tropicalized to suit Indian conditions for trailer unloading at daughter station applications. The compact design allows for installation in locations with limited space. In addition to the unique air-cooled design, minimum number of rotating equipment, and coolers, ensures zero maintenance and better reliability. We are one of India’s largest manufacturers of CNG Compressors, with 25 Years experience. The “B” series compressor uses hydraulic pumping elements, making it suitable to work with a very wide range of suction pressure without a pressure regulation valve. It is particularly suited for trailer unloading at daughter stations (booster). Thanks to a compact design, it can be installed on the trailer creating a mobile station.
