The Company “Idyllic HR Technologies Private Limited” was incorporated on 24th June, 2021 with an objective of creating / providing a technology driven marketplace or platform to self-employed professionals hailing from multiple domains to enable them to organize themselves as individuals or in groups and to be able to offer comprehensive range of experts / technical / professional services to businesses / enterprises requiring such services trough means of contracted hiring or as permanent recruits. The Indian gig and contingent workforce economy for IT/ Digital skills will be one of the major users of the proposed platform, with FMCG and BFSI set to lead the growth of gig economy in future. With the transition towards a digital era, Information Technology (IT) staffing is currently witnessing an upsurge, wherein there is need to transparently & reliably hire skilled workforce experienced in current and emerging technologies notices at short and for specific requirements / finite durations. As a result, the IT sector companies have a requirement to hire candidates ‘on a need’ basis along with permanent employees. The startup aims to bridge this gap and act in facilitating the new hiring demands of IT companies by bringing efficiency in entire hiring process right from acquisition, screening and closure of job contracts and its lifecycle management. The platform is an end-to-end fully automated flexi-hiring marketplace which is a SaaS solution that connects businesses and freelancers to each other for potential opportunities. The startup aspires to deliver innovations addressing challenges, demands, needs and opportunities in skills and talent acquisition by enterprises. The startup aims to foster a community of captive and non-captive self-employed IT professionals (contingent workforce) by organizing them through means of an online tech platform for offering their services as individuals or group of individuals to enterprises on short to medium term basis, and/or for specific projects.
