To conduct the above business through physical retail outlets, showrooms, warehouses and service centers as well as through online platforms, including e-commerce websites, mobile applications, digital marketplaces and other electronic modes of trading. 3. To act as manufacturers, assemblers, dealers, distributors, stockists, agents, franchisees, service providers or representatives of Indian and foreign manufacturers and suppliers of electrical and electronic goods, subject to applicable laws. 4. To provide installation, testing, servicing, repair, maintenance, warranty and after-sales support services in connection with electrical and electronic products for residential, commercial and industrial customers.
