Since the enactment of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016, investment in stressed/distressed assets has matured in India. Banks and financial institutions are seeking to release capital by selling non-performing assets at attractive discounts to investors. Simultaneously, distressed companies are seeking funds from various investors to cover financing for projects or to reach a settlement with banks and FIs. In an attempt to support the selling and purchasing of distressed property, Immense Verity LLP is on a mission to make India NPA free and attempt to support the selling and purchasing of distressed properties. This innovative idea came to reality with a combination of expertise coming together for creating a win-win situation for Bankers, Borrowers & Buyers [Investors]. Immense Verity LLP will provide an ideal platform for 3 B’s to achieve 3 C’s: 1. Bankers [and other financial institutions facing NPA problems] 2. Borrowers & 3. Buyers [Investors] where we will 1.
