M/s. IMPACTOXGEN Private Limited Company, a “Products” company founded on 10/04/2019 has developed a suite of products under the brand name “IMPACTO”, viz., “IMPACTO Customer Onboarding”, “IMPACTO IFRS9” and “IMPACTO – Interactive Training Tool”. The “IMPACTO AMBASSADOR BANKING” is the latest, innovative solution developed for Banks/Financial Institutions to acquire new customers sans geographical boundaries, serving and upselling their existing customers and more importantly, retaining the customers in the onslaught of competition. This new breed of next-generation banking combines human and digital interactions to offer a superior, personalized banking experience. It is a next generation channel to address the need for greater financial inclusion by reaching out to people in the remote and un-banked areas and also to better serve the existing customers who are unable to come to branches for whatever reasons. IMPACTO "AMBASSADOR BANKING", to put it simply, is doorstep banking. It literally takes out the Bank from the confines of 4 walls of its branches and brings it to the doorsteps of the customer, through Bank’s own employees or Agents (called “Ambassadors”) to offer a whole range of financial and non-financial services, through a high tech, hand held, internet enabled Point of Sales (PoS) device incorporating HD Touchscreen, Camera, Fingerprint Scanner, QR code Scanner, Speaker, Printer and heavy duty battery, with 4G internet connectivity. It will have our flagship app viz., “IMPACTO AMBASSADOR BANKING” Android app along with powerful Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology and other system apps for fast, smooth and error free operations. The PoS act as a "Micro Branch" of a Bank and facilitates fast, smooth and error free customer onboarding and banking transactions at a place and time convenient to customers. We have employed OCR technology in our app to extract customer information from documents (National ID, Passport, Driver’s License, Utility bills etc.,) to simplify the customer onboarding operations and more importantly, to complete the entire process within 6 minutes.
