We have strong agricultural background and also qualified as Chartered Accountants. Concerned with rampant chemical fertilizers and water use we developed a coal-ash-compost based mix which can reduce the water requirement of plants and also increase the fertility of soil and reduce major problems of Indian agriculture. As our water resources tend to dry up during summer and cause heavy loss to crops . The rampant use of chemical fertilizers is spoiling soil health. India has huge biomass in forests, in villages and also urban area which is many times treated as burden and is burned in urban areas loads of waste is first carried in along with vegitables and then it adds to the problem as 2/3 is going into dump bins as waste . At the same time the coal fired plants are generating huge piles of bottom ash and fly ash in addition to captive power plants ash. The forest fires many time generate coal and ash. The dried leaves and add up to the compost quality. Compost if clubbed with coal and ash reduces the smell and adds up to the quality of the compost. Which was evident from chili pant surviving in dry summer with weekly dose of one lts of water that too for two years which is far more for this kind of plant . Our experiments with The lemon grass tree also successful as the plant survived and flourished in the limited soil and water adding our hope for sugar cane which is highest water and fertilizers consuming plant in India and this was also successful. as our water requirement reduced by nearly 50% due to water retention quality of our manure cum soil enricher Hence we have decided to transform our golden product which is named as INA RICH to transform waste into wealth by proper logistic planning to keep the prices of the product competitive .
