Hope this email finds you in good health and good vibes of festive season always be with you. My introduction is not important but the project on which I am working on is for our Indian Education system. I agree the content in our education system is very good by the process of teaching is not effective as it is only theritical and practical knowledge is lacking in our community. After completing my education I started working on a project on systemising admission process from under graduation to PHD and to teaching faculties as well. This system will give support, power, education options and lots of other benefits to the students on the other hand it will be beneficial for the governments as well. Below is the brief description of the system which I have put together. India College Education Council ICEC will be the first & largest central admissions service for higher education in India. Each year the Company will process more than 20 million applications, from all over the world, for Indian universities and colleges. In addition to applications to full-time undergraduate courses, applications for postgraduate, PHD, teacher training and to the music conservatoires are processed, respectively, through the Graduate Teacher Training Registry (GTTR) and Conservatoires India Admissions Service (CUIAS). A further service, the India postgraduate Application and Statistical Service (IPASS), will be launched after 3 years of introducing ICEC and offers an application system for postgraduate courses in the India. The Company operates in accordance with good business practice whilst being mindful of its charitable status and maintaining its belief in education and social enterprise. Choosing a course at a university or college is a life forming decision and in accordance with its mission statement, ICEC seeks to ensure that applications are fully informed and that the process of application is responsive flexible and trouble free. Thus, at the forefront of the Company’s activities will be highly sophisticated electronic processes that ensure applications to higher education are able to be admitted efficiently, effectively and on an equal and fair basis. This involves the receipt and transmission of large amounts of data, following from applicants to higher education institutions (HEIs) and vice versa, through GCEC centralized application processing software. The ICEC website will be one of the most popular in the India and the most heavily used education website, demonstrating its value to help applicants to select right course at the right university or college. Importantly, it provides comprehensive information on individual courses as well as on student finance, Fees and bursaries. Additional, more general, information about the practicalities of higher education is provided through the interactive website. A wide range of publications will be also produced, aiming at helping students make informed choices about higher education and guiding them and their parents through the application process. The vast majority of potential undergraduate students will make their applications using the online application service. This will reflect a wider shift towards the use of electronic communication to which ICEC will responded by undertaking a major investment in updating its data systems. The investment will provide huge benefits in terms of the volume and accuracy of information handling and the speed with such data can be transmitted. These places ICEC will be far stronger position to respond to future developments and changing demands from its customers both within and outside the higher education environment. In addition to its application services, ICEC will organize conferences for higher education admissions professionals, higher education fairs and conventions across the India. ICEC will also participate in the Indian Education Council overseas tours deigned to assist Indian institutions and the Indian Council in recruiting students from abroad. In order to understand the needs of ICEC stakeholders as clearly as possible, the Company will participate in major government enquiries and consultations affecting progression to higher education and, where applicable, offers solutions from its areas of expertise. Research work will also be undertaken, as well as consultancy and advisory work for schools, colleges, universities, careers services, professional bodies and employers, together with the provision of professional development courses and materials tailored to meet the needs of individual institutions or subjects areas.
