My concept of Millet Idly/Dosa Batter has come from these roots to eradicate the dangerous ailments prevalent across the globe. And also, if we see today , the price range of Millets are in the pockets of Elite group making Millets to be a rich man's food. In order to cater to bulk base of the Indian wealth pyramid , I have come up with Millet Idly/Dosa batter making it affordable to the masses.
