Every problem has its uniqueness. Problems means a solution towards new invention and students did not know why they are doing such courses in colleges/universities. One think prevail in youth mind is Government Job/Career because Private companies/industries means hard work and 8 to 10 hours rigorous job. Empty mind is the devil of all evils and this devil are entered in the youth of Sagar division, as per my research. I submitted the dissertation in 2018, to my Education department, Dr. Harisingh Gour Univeristy while doing Master of Education; I found a conceptual study which has to be taught to youth of Sagar division. Conceptual studies involve the new invention which is not developed among the youth of English Medium and Hindi Medium at Sagar Division and still hunting a career which is impossible. My idea is erupted while working in University where students don’t know why they are doing courses or studies. I am working since 2019 to the same problem of unemployment. Generating the skill is my key success towards the problem of career because caring degree/diploma is not the solution. Solution is to generate the skill of career towards its own interest is my main AIM.
