This start up is to serve mother EARTH by using renewable energy, creating employment for Neglected People, to reduce health issues of Village / tribal people. With own innovation and research in particular field this start up is helping to reduce import and add export while giving employment to local people. This start up will support for educating various human beings at lesser investments with effective long lasting results while boosting their self respect. Thus this start up will support for Environment Protection, Health Protection while using renewable energy by creating Employment for neglected people as well. India is vast country with more than 60% to 65% of our population still resides in villages, remote localities which still do not have enough infrastructure like 24 x 7 electricity, access to electricity in fields and farms. This will be addressed with this start up. In order to reach millions of such people with the objective that each of such villagers have access to electricity/light during evening and night hours when they are required to visit and work in their fields in odd hours; we need big network. Reaching out to such a huge population and large area, through single organization is a daunting task. Hence we have designed a program through which we wish to train village youths in ‘How to assemble, maintain and repair Solar Lamps’ at their own villages/locations and also to assist willing youths in starting their own set-up to manufacture such lamps locally and through it make their own livelihood at the same time serving the noble cause of making available such solar lamps to each home/each field. Thus catering to the manpower issues across. We strongly believe in empowering the deserving fellow brothers and sisters to assemble the solar lamps on their own and see the first light of hope and transformation in their life. One innovation in our model is to train them to assemble the lamp on their own or through local volunteers and also assist them to be self-employed and earn their own livelihood at the same time assist the villagers, citizens staying in remote areas with solar lamps which they need desperately in their homes, farms. Fields during evening and night hours. We have excellent track record for over a decade of reliability of designing and developing efficient solar lamps and solar panels of highest quality. Devices designed use rugged electronic circuit and other components including battery, LED bulbs and related components, so as to withstand rough and tough usage in rural areas. With this mission we have been working in couple of Indian states to provide solar lamps to needy people in most affordable cost and sometimes at below the manufacturing cost. We wish to take this noble program across India. In order to reach millions of such people with the objective that each of such villagers have access to electricity/light during evening and night hours when they are required to visit and work in their fields in odd hours. Thus various people can join hands with us to reach many deserving families and work with us for such manufacturing, training and support.
