The goal is to create a system where every worker, regardless of education or background, can access stable income, continuous skill growth, and verified job opportunities without middlemen or exploitation.At its core, the concept envisions an AI-enabled employment bridge — a unified digital infrastructure that connects India’s vast informal workforce directly with enterprise demand. Workers remain on a common payroll for job continuity, while employers benefit from a transparent, ready, and skilled manpower network.The larger purpose is to transform India’s livelihood landscape by merging technology, HR innovation, and social inclusion, making dignified employment a right, not a privilege.
