Loan Services Business – In this Business Line, we put technology to use in reaching out to Bharat segment consumers and in serving their Loan needs via Banking partners. We operate under a brand name called Loanwiser (www.loanwiser.in) b. Consumer SAAS Business – In this Business line, under Propwiser brand name, we guide consumers in their home ownership journey right from planning to buy a house, steps involved in buying a property, owning it and in renting it out, rental management or selling it out. Enterprise SaaS Business – In this Business Line, we help Banks, Builders and Realtors in guiding their customers in their Asset Purchase Journey like Home, Car and in their underlying loan journey. Implementation services Business – In this Business Line, we work with Software product companies & their Banking customers to provide skilled resources to implement Business Rule Management systems for automated credit decisioning. We have trained and deployed 10 over Techno Functional Experts with Experian PCSM implementation skillsets. They come not only with BRMS skillset but also with indepth understanding of loan products, processes, credit parameters, underwriting criteria etc derived from our Loanwiser business line.
