INK is a privately owned gifting company. The principal owner is Rajlaxmi Lodha. INK specializes in a variety of unique merchandise, ranging from tableware, home accents, clothing, stationary, etc. What started as a hobby for us soon evolved into a promising business venture. After a while, we built a clientele base that eventually branched out to several cities by word-of-mouth. It has been 5years, and we have invested our time & money to conduct the necessary primary market research by marketing new merchandise to the public which resulted in tremendous interest & response. By testing our products during covid times we realized that our target market consisted of India & Middle East as online selling worked tremendously well. We worked on it deeply & hired a technical team who would cater to online clients very strongly. It’s been 1 year now we are well established on Amazon, which is the biggest and toughest player in the market, by the name of INK. We could serve 7000 people in 3 months online & 2 to 3 thousand offline during the covid period. This was our turning point. With our own experience, we are now working on E-Commerce website where we cater best of the products.
