We will fit new front and Rear Axles with Rubber Torsion Bar Suspension which will avoid Toppling of Trailer. - Remove leaf springs - Extend the Chassis up to 5 mtrs (presently 3.6 mtrs) - Width of the Trailer will be modified to 2400 mm - Increase the load carrying ability to 15 tons - Provide bottom opening facility – sliding type on the Trailer hydraulically / Manually - Modify the Chassis to make it stronger for carrying above load - Change the side doors which have no more remained usable. - End panels will be made new and fitted in angular manner to make the Sugarcane pieces slide down. - Braking arrangement is not considered. - We will try to use existing Turn table, Hubs and Draw Bar. - Material that is not usable will be returned to you. - Trailer will be painted as per your choice of color.
