 Innovative Crane Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is based at Bakrol, Ahmedabad. The company has been established for manufacturing of material handling equipment such as various types of automated cranes and patented hoists to cater handling equipment needs of Indian market and Global markets.  Since inception the company has been a leader in manufacturing of Material Handling Equipment such as various types of Automated cranes like EOT cranes , Gantry Cranes and Hoists etc.  Filed 5 Patents for HOISTING MECHANISM and TRAVELLING WHEEL ASSEMBELY.  2019- Set Up a manufacturing Unit For Manufacturing of Cranes and hoists at AHMEDABAD. OUR INFRASTRUCTURE We have a well-developed infrastructure with a manufacturing facility at Ahmedabad. We have automatic manufacturing facility which saves times and delivers quality. Our manufacturing facility includes: • ERP software for optimization of PP, goods tracking and Quality control of the product. • Automatic Storage and Retrieval system • CNC Lathe Machine • CNC Press brake • CNC Plasma Cutting Machine • VMC Machine • Automatic H-Beam assembler. • Many other Tool-room machines. • Automatic Sheet Roll Forming Machine • Automatic C and Z section roll forming machine • 12 EOT and gantry cranes for material handling • 8 Lathe Machine • 20 MIG Machines • 50 Arc Welding machines • Iron work and shearing machine PRODUCT DELVELOPNMENT AND DESIGN CAPABILITY Innovation is one of our core values and we continuously work on developing new products under the collaborative effort of a team using latest sophisticated designing software for new product development to achieve a common goal in a most efficient way. Mechanical and Structure design • We adopt simple and reliable mechanism in our machines to achieve required solutions at optimum cost of production by reduced operating cost and shutdown of machine. • 3D design and analysis of machine part is done on FEM basic by use of 3D Modeling and analysis software. • We have number of patents filed. • We have team of experienced mechanical and civil engineers who work on latest CAD(computer aided design) softwares. Automation • We adopt a simple automation technique which is helpful for operators, end users and machine technicians. • We use best in class sensors and drives to make product reliable. • Our team in expert in understanding all operational requirements and in development of various PLC, HMI, SCADA, Drive programs as per machine requirement. • We program system for efficient and optimum use of our machine and human resources with keeping safety on priority. Founder Profile  SANDEEP MAHESHWARI He has catered to industry since 2005 with having graduation as mechanical engineer.He designed India’s first Resin line with concept “Simply Automated”. Having expertise in optimum design of mechanical machine with integration of automation and software. Having set the company on wheels he achieved many goals and strives to make the company achieve greater depths in the coming years.  KRITIKA MAHEHSWARI A post graduate in commerce with an overall experience of 10 years. She heads Accounting and Finance Department at BMT having expertise in Internal Financial Control and Financial Reporting.
