An project to provide safe working environment to women at work place and redressal of matters related to sexual harassment at work place under posh act. Under the proposed upgraded mechanism of online complaint, monitoring and management system will be developed, which shall include the below mentioned facilities: Documenting and display of detailed policy & other related literature of the act to each women employee, employer & other stake holders. Providing the Details of District Officers, Nodal Officers, Local Complaint Committee/Internal Complaint Committee and mechanism of complaint system. Providing easy, anywhere and anytime access for complaint, follow up and redressal to the women employees. Facility to the Local Complaint Committee/Internal Complaint Committee to receive the complaints, investigation, redressal and annual report to the concerned Delivery of decision and determination of complaints registered in electronic form through Web portal. Reducing number of visits of complainant and the respondent to Internal Complaint Committee/local Complaint Committee for documenting their inputs/interviews about the case and thereby eliminating any kind of harassment and non-biased manner. Reducing administrative burden and service fulfilment time and costs for the all stake holders.
