Current transportation system in metro cities is based on periodicity that is AC/Non-AC Buses are scheduled after certain regular intervals for a particular route. This mechanism or logic has the following drawbacks: 1. Inefficient usage of resources - workforce/assets: Many vehicles are not loaded upto their capacity and still have to commute the entire distance. 2. Wastage of fuel - Fuel is an expensive commodity and without any prediction of passengers, buses are scheduled which lead to wastage of fuel. 3. Inefficient Management of Traffic - When half or less than half loaded buses commute it leads to more traffic without the need for it. 4. Lack of Dynamic Rerouting - If any route is facing heavy traffic while nearby buses have less traffic, they cannot be re-routed to heavier routes. iNouvelle's Smart Parivahan System plans to resolve all the above drawbacks using Artificial Intelligence's Neural Network techniques. Using AI and a mobile app, based on traffic prediction buses will be dynamically scheduled. Further if certain routes are facing heavy loads nearby buses will be redirected to share the load. This will lead in efficient usage of transportation resources and save fuel. Detailed Description: 1. Use multilevel neural networks to predict traffic and dynamically schedule buses. 2. Deploy machine learning techniques which will compliment step 1 to predict traffic based on daily passenger load. 3. Mobile app where passengers can log their journey plan and buy e-ticket on boarding. 4. Use online Maps to view status of all buses on roads and stations.
