In today’s world of fast paced technological development the Internet and Real Time Booking Engine, has changed the way hotel industry operate and infact it’s more competent than ever before. Computerized Reservation Systems have increased the speed and efficiency of the agency-to-customer transaction. Thus we have user friendly website designed with the latest developments making it easier for the customers to book it online. Nammahomestay has come up real time booking website by using “Inventory Management Software” by which guest can book it online with very simple steps. Host can manage the bookings online through Inventory Management Software using given interface. Host is allowed to manage the rooms as per their requirement. Use technology as a savvy - While most stays still use phone as the tool for taking bookings (very few have real time booking engine). We have a tablet specially designed for managing bookings called BEI (Back End Interface) each host will be given one of that. There is exponential growth in home stay business in India. According to study in 2014 number of home stays has increased 100 folds in last one decade. Business of accommodation industry of India is currently around $7.5 Bn and is expected to reach a humongous $15.Bn by 2022. But Homestays form But only 5 to 8 percent of total Indian accommodation industry. These factor influence the greater salascalability.
