Our Core Competence - ZERO WASTE MODEL: The company formulated a unique ‘zero waste’ model whereby all the fresh vegetables and fruits pass through different verticals to derive maximum value and returns. All the agricultural produce, once it enters our process stream, it is carefully sorted for their market value and utility value and routed through the appropriate verticals of our value chain. Value is maximized through sorting into whole vegetables / fruits and cut pieces. For Example, fresh fruits and vegetables procured from the farmers in bulk quantities are first sorted as per different grades. The best graded produce is directly sold in the exclusive retail outlet & through E-commerce. The remaining produce is used up in different verticals such as the Cloud Kitchen, The Food Outlets, in the production of cold pressed juices, in cut fruits and salads, in special dietary meals, subscription based meals etc. The wastages generated at every stage in various verticals are accumulated and used in in-house composting to generate organic manure, which can again be used in Captive organic farming.
