Introduction:- Integrated Accounting & Business Solutions Private Limited is a leap forward in ease of business accounting and allied services. The company aims to build a single-window solution to provide the professional business services required by the small and medium enterprises by providing regulated, supervised and hassle free Accounting and other professional services including bookkeeping, GST compliance, Tax planning and other statutory compliance, to the humongous and fast growing Small and Medium Industry in India. Our team comprises of highly learned and experienced accounting professionals whose work is comprehensively scrutinised under the supervision of the Chartered Accountants and other related professionals of various fields, to ensure high quality of service. We strive to reach and serve the businesses at pocket-friendly costs while making sure of delivering benchmark service quality. The enterprise is established with an objective to help SMEs to grow and sustain their businesses by taking the services of experts for their accounting and compliance requirements and utilise their time and effort to focus on management and growth strategies to take their businesses to the next levels. Our Team:- Our team promoters include highly experienced Chartered Accountants, Lawyers, Company Secretaries and other professionals with expertise, acquaintance and experience of many years in their respective fields. These high – achievers have proved their competence in their fields and enjoy the prodigious reputation in their area of operation. Objective:- We intend to educate the business owners and decision-makers of the SMEs about the importance of professional and regulated accounting for their business and make them aware of how unlike the current status quo, our improved and professional service delivery model can pave way for their business growth. Our team adds value to the businesses not only by maintaining accurate and up-to-date books but also by guiding the management on how to use the information to improve their numbers and grow their business. We aim to make our services accessible to even the smallest business and therefore follow a customer-friendly price structure. Business Model:- The business model comprises of a team of 1 Chartered Accountant, 5 Senior Accountants and 10 Junior Accountants for a pack of every 100 clients. We plan to follow a 3-tier supervision model in which each Accountant will serve 10 clients and his work will be monitored by a Senior Accountant and finally, the third round of inspection will be performed by a Chartered Accountant. The service model is manoeuvred to provide speedy and most accurate solution to every accounting problem under the guidance of proficient professionals at a minimal cost. Projections/Milestones:- The business has a huge potential and large market available. According to the latest research there are about 5 crore small and medium businesses in India, with about 1 crore registered under the GST. We plan to commence our services in industrial towns of Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh and Himachal Pradesh, which have a huge market. The potential available business is estimated to more than US$ 100 Bn. We project to sow the seed by targeting 10,000 business houses in the initial period and gradually take the number to 50,000 and eventually target 5,00,000 in the first 5 years, taking over 1% of the market share.
