1. We working as a consultant for investigating insurance claims to find if there is any kind fraud are taken place in the reported claims by enquired different parameters and finding the facts. ie. Shortly says as “Insurance investigators”. 2. We can generate plenty of job opportunities while scaling our service business directly. At least 100 members and above. Presently we are already provided 20+ employments directly. 3. We can stop more fraudulent efforts in the insurance industry in an efficient manner by using advanced technology and proper monitoring. Thus we can save the money of the insurance company as well as the public. 4. Using new technologies we also give our quality services to insurance companies all over Kerala at a minimal expense. 5. We got opportunities from more insurance companies now but they are insisting all Kerala service from us. We also would like to use our expertise and professionalism to stop more frauds all over Kerala by supporting new technologies. 6. In present scenario claim ratio is increased as per the records of Insurance Companies and fraud claims also seems as increased. We are very much committed to mitigating any kind of insurance fraud and we strongly believe that we can definitely reduce the liability of the insurance companies on a large scale all over Kerala. 7. In our market study understood that mostly retired police officers or non-technical persons or who were not related to the insurance industry are in this field and there is efficient investigator are there but they are working individually working in a limited area and most of them not concentrating in Own Damage Claim investigation. So insurance companies can use expert investigators only in limited areas. 8. Our present experience, expertise and professionalism can use by the insurance companies in need all over India for Quality investigation in minimal expenses by recruiting loyal employees in different areas and monitoring them properly using advance technologies. 9. We have already registered as an LLP named “INTENSE ANCILLARY SERVICES” and giving services to insurance companies. 10. We have registered our company on 18th of July 2019 as per the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 and serving various PSU and Private insurance companies from Nov 2019 onwards. 11. Jinson George, one of the partners of our company is already certified as CERTIFIED INSURANCE ANTI FRAUD PROFESSIONAL, CERTIFIED PRIVATE INSURANCE INVESTIGATOR from Insurance Institute of India and practising as an “INDEPENDENT INSURANCE SURVEYOR” licensed from IRDA since 2011. He is also in the field of the automobile industry for the last 18 years. 12. Initially we were doing the investigation on our nearby 2 districts only. Using our experience and professionalism we could use our opportunity to stop more number of fraud claims and also reduced insurance liability amount. We are already a part of saving crores of public money from the fraudsters. 13. Now we have 20 employees including back office and fieldwork. We can offer more job opportunities for fieldwork and data entry jobs while we scale our business. The opportunity in this industry is very much high because all the third party claims are investigating before award. So we can offer plenty of opportunities to offer more jobs to youngsters. 14. For MACT claims interest also payable for late payment of the award. Presently 60 days is the average time for completing an investigation. So the implementation of technology can reduce this time by managing a big group of employees without reducing the quality of investigation. 15. We expect funding for customised software and infrastructure development to increase the volume without compromising the quality and speed of Investigations and report submission.
