This is a concept that has not been attempted or approached till date. It is a B2B platform for the ever growing and with unlimited potential, Medicine Distribution, which involves the Manufacturer-The Distributor-The Wholesaler-The Retailer and finally the end user or consumer. The Project, through a backbone, unique multi-tasking software and physical warehousing, would eliminate the very inefficient and cartelized clusters at the Wholesaler level who earn the cream in the value chain. The Retailer who suffers at their hands will not only be relieved from the stress of dealing with them but will also limit his movement and focus on the growth of his business. The Sunday/Weekly trips, to the Wholesale medicine market not only makes him lose a day’s business, but also ruins his family time. We are disrupting the existing model with our path breaking B2B Model. What we will ensure is large range of medicines and brands under one roof, great pricing, on time daily deliveries, temperature controlled storage of medicines in hygienic conditions, thereby making the entire buying experience exceptional and at the same time, increasing the efficacy of the medicine itself.The next phase of growth will come through back end connectivity with service providers in the healthcare and wellness space and connect them through the front end chemist counters to the visiting customers who come to procure medicines but carry a prescription that suggests other interventions like health parameter monitoring using devices, investigations like pathology, radiology and services like physiotherapy and rehabilitation as well as care giver requirements and yoga trainers etc. Besides these we also intend to onboard Insurance Companies, Fintech companies to add to our range of customer services, make us a holistic health and wellness platform. All these can be made available through our integrated chemist and service provider network who exist on our platform thereby offering every customer at the chemist, a complete healthcare and wellness solution making the entire customer experience unique. And the chemist who can barely compete with the giants like Tata 1mg, Reliance Netmeds, Apollo, Medplus etc., has now additional revenue streams. it is a win win for the Chemists, the Service providers and the platform. This is an asset light model with an unlimited scope of outreach in the healthcare and wellness space.
