Sports related training is a novelty for those who have a coach/mentor in their vicinity. Scores of young people who have potential, don't pursue it because they don't get proper guidance. There are 5 aspects to be a good sportsperson: 1. Syllabus/Structured Program. Following a structured program which includes: SKILLS, PHYSICAL FITNESS and MENTAL CONDITIONING will help in building and complete sports person 2. Routine. Consistentcy in following the program will ensure the skill becomes muscle memory. Once you know what to do, you need to practice it regularly with right drills. 3. Drills: Each aspect of the sport needs to practiced over and over again to ensure you achieve competency in it. 4. Analysis: Drills that build your competency need to be analysed and course corrected so that you do what is right consistently. We intend to build a robust analysis system using Advance Analytics, AR, VR, MR, AI and Machine Learning algorithms which identify and measure progress of your drills. It compares your current skill level with ideal state as well as your past state. The analysis aims to be as objective as possible. This also means that Machine learning algorithms are continuously learning from various outcomes in different situations. This learning is continuously ploughed back into analysis. 5. Feedback: The analysis has to be presented to the player/student in such a way that (a) There is an understanding of the gaps that need to be plugged (b) There is an understanding on the progress made by the student/player. Seeing consistent progress player is motivated to continue to put in efforts.
