Our technology helps inspire and provide tools to developers to show off their skills and get hired. Tech companies are always in need of strong developers. However, currently there is no real way to differentiate between a strong developer with deep tech skills vs an average programmer. Paper based coding and the likes of hackerrank do a decent job testing for algorithm skills. However, algorithm skills do not always translate well into real development skills. Hackerrank and others cannot test for deep development and integrations skills in different techstacks like ReactJS, PHP Laravel, or Machine Learning. Developers on the other hand have resumes that all look exactly the same. They have no way to show off their skills and usually don't have great ideas about what they want to build. CoderIQ bridges this gap. To developers, we give them i) Predefined projects, with shareable development environments ii) Data sources in terms of rest apis and webservices to build their projects iii) Easy deployment tools to deploy and make their projects live with a button click iv) Feedback about code quality (as a paid service) so they can make stronger applications As developers, perform better, we 'unlock' jobs that their skill-set has qualified for. Job posters know anyone coming through our platform is significantly skilled and is happy to hire from us. Developers know they can get in front of the queue by showing skills rather than sending a resume.
