Inviczus is an E-bike and ecosystem venture which focuses on micro-mobility space and vertically focused Battery Swapping service (BaaS). We are looking at introducing a new norm in the E-Bike category that shifts the perspective of how consumers perceive electric mobility. We aim to provide the best-in-class features with respect to technology, design, and functionalities to our customers at an affordable cost, along with a one of a kind ecosystem. Some of the market differentiators of our ecosystem are: - 60 seconds from no-charge to full-charge (consider the timeline of a vehicle at a petrol station; but with extended experience of comfort and self- service through technology) - The 'smartest bike in the market' to provide peace of mind to customers on all technology fronts (consider us the Tesla of the bicycle community) - Modular plug and play micro-network (consider our spread at 4X for just 1/3rd the price of a EV charging stations in the country) - Real-time information (Battery health, Distance/Time to the station, Connected Cruising, and much more) - Recurring revenue model (first time for a bicycle company) - Infrastructure for all (we would make more partners than competitors) The value proposition Inviczus provides to a customer is an alternate personal transportation that is as convenient to own and operate as a motorbike, but is clean, technologically advanced, has unlimited range, and can save close to 50% in cost of ownership of a personal transportation.
