The laundry sector is a 2 lakh crore market in which 97 % comes under the unorganized sector. Most of this unorganized sector is a family-run business that uses primitive technologies and is capable of only catering to the needs of a minuscule population. Ironing costs for clothes are high because they still use technology depending on skilled labor. Lack of proper market strategies and organizational structure. Also, there is no automation for both ironing and folding in a single process. High reliant and water facilities and not eco friendly. The start-up is currently working on fixing the technological gap in the current laundry sector especially focusing on ironing services. The start-up is focusing on building an innovative machine “PaaS” which eases the ironing and folding process, which in turn will make the laundry process more affordable and efficient.
