iSamplez is an automated FMCG and Consumer Product PHYGITAL sampling start-up, to drive trials and pave way for new customer acquisition. iSamplez vending machines are deployed in high foot fall areas such as malls. A user discovers the machine while visiting the mall. He/ she initiates the journey either via SMS or downloading the iSAmplez app. They receive a weblink, answer a pretrial questionnaire and receives a unique QR Code (one user – one validated email and mobile number). The user scans the code on the vending machine and upon successful verification, the machine vends the sample. The journey combines a memorable user experience and brand messaging to land the product in the trialist’s hands. iSamplez was launched in India in June 2022 and has conducted hugely successful campaigns for • Cif Surface Cleaner (for Unilever) • Whisper Sanitary Napkins (P&G) • Nivea Deo, Facewash & Lotion (Beiersdorf)- Plum Goodness
