Iuva Foods Private Limited is a startup founded in Aug 20, 2019. We are engaged in the field of Functional Food Technology. We are committed towards incorporating all the advancement in food sciences and making widely consumed and popular food items functionally healthy. The first product we have developed in-house is a low calorie ice cream that is functionally healthy and delicious. We managed to reduce the calories down to 65 Calories per 125 ml serving while maintaining the luxurious texture and creamy mouth-feel of high fat & high calorie ice creams. We have also reduced the amount of sugar used by 80% (less than 3 gms per 125 ml serving).
