Jagdhari Traders is a food processing startup focused on modernizing flour milling with the objective of improving flour quality, promoting healthy food choices, and supporting farmers and workers. we are setting up a modern flour milling business where food grains such as wheat, millets, maize, oats, and pulses are sourced directly from farmers and Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs). The grains are processed using modern, hygienic milling and packaging systems. Our processing approach is based on cold processing techniques, which help preserve the natural nutritional value, fiber content, and taste of the grains by avoiding unnecessary high-temperature processing. Our product portfolio includes atta, maida, sooji, semolina, and bran, with a strong focus on healthy and millet-based products. We plan to gradually shift from wheat-based products to millet-based alternatives and value-added foods. In future product development, we will use natural and healthy ingredients such as jaggery, pure ghee, and other traditional inputs, avoiding refined sugar, harmful oils, and artificial additives. A key part of our business model is working closely with farmers through contract farming. This ensures consistent quality raw materials for us while providing farmers with assured procurement, fair pricing, and long-term partnerships. In addition, since we operate our own milling and processing units, we generate direct employment for workers and indirect employment across farming, logistics, packaging, and distribution, benefiting multiple stakeholders. What differentiates Jagdhari Traders from traditional flour mills is our focus on nutrition, health-oriented processing, farmer welfare, sustainable practices, and traceability from farm to final product. Our long-term goal is to build a trusted and scalable brand that supplies healthy, natural, and responsibly produced grain-based food products across India.
