We are a pioneering manufacturer of hygienic and maida-free Puris for Panipuri, bringing a revolution to the street food industry. Our goal is to lead the way in offering clean, safe, and high-quality products through fully automated processes. We produce two types of Puris—Rava Puri and Ghav Puri, each crafted with precision and care. Our commitment to health and quality is evident in our choice of ingredients. We use wheat, semolina, gram flour (besan), urad, and oil, ensuring a clean and nourishing product. The manufacturing process is entirely automated, involving the precise mixing of ingredients, rolling and cutting the dough into shape, and deep-frying the Puris at high temperatures to ensure perfect crispness and taste. After cooling, they are carefully packed and delivered to distributors. At the heart of our startup is a vision to redefine traditional food standards, offering a hygienic alternative to the beloved Puris that everyone can enjoy without compromising on taste or quality.
