We are an AS9100C & ISO 9001:2008 certified to cater to the requirement of Aerospace, Defence, Energy & Engineering Industry Applications. We have the experience of working with a variety of special alloy raw materials and casting processes like Sand, Investment, Pressure and Die casting components. Our manufacturing facility is located in Vatva, Ahmedabad. We have worked with a variety of raw materials including Stainless steel, Inconel, Titanium, Brass, Copper, Aluminium alloys and Alloy/Special grade steel. With our experience of over 20 years, we have developed a network of partners for a variety of casting and special surface treatment processes that positions us as a one stop shop for clients across industries. We have the latest state of the art machinery that allows us to manage precision levels within the accuracy of low single digit microns. With our current capabilities we are well positioned as a vendor for small and medium size precision components measuring ø10 mm to ø800 mm (in diameter) and from 20 mm to 1000 mm in length. We have had a history of working with multinational clients and have undergone several facility and system audits. Our clients are located in India, USA, United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, South Africa. We adhere to a variety of international standards like ASTM / AISI / SAE / MIL / NACE, DIN, BS, IS etc. We are a committed long term player in this segment and willing to invest resources to support our clients and further the “Make in India” initiative. Government has taken certain steps to Involve Private sector in the Aerospace & Defence industry and have introduced various schemes to promote the private sector participation. Many mega players have already started playing their role and we, with our engineering expertise of more than 50 years, have decided to grab this opportunity as a diversification We have succeeded to prove our capabilities and have obtained orders from some of the prestigious mega players such as Godrej & Boyce, Larsen & Toubro, SAC (Space Application Centre) etc.. During the Financial Year 2017-18 we have invested approx. 700 Lacs in acquiring 2 Nos state of the art machines from Germany. With this investment, we are now equipped with latest Technology for manufacturing as well as for the quality assurance. With number of order bookings from Indian as well as International Market for our products and solutions, we are now required to further strengthen our work shop by adding 2 Nos 3 Axis VMC Machines, Lathe Machines, Compressor, Test Bay, Paint Shop, 1 No Double Column 4 Axis Machine and some other equipments.
