Smart Kharidar is all about enabling the local Kirana,fruit & vegetable stores to handle competetion from large online giants, improving the shopping experience of the consumer , giving boost to the local economy The solution provided by us is as simple as For a Consumer 1. a consumer can browse for stores in his/her neighbourhood 2. select store of his choice 3. browse inventory , prices, offers 4. select products he/she needs 5. check out - makes payment online or cash on delivery 6. selects whether consumer wants 'home delivery' or 'self pickup' 7. local Kirana store picks up the list , packs list and either contacts team smart kharidar (if home delivery is selected) or informs consumer with time slot to reach store to pick up (is self pickup is selected) For the Store Partner 1. a store partner signs up on the app 2. updates his inventory ( very easy to use , pictures of products can be placed) 3. align the app with the stores POS (if any or the app in itself can act a POS) 4. allows store partner to manage inventory .there by he can plan larger quantities of stock enabling him to get a better price , better margins & more profit 5. allows store partner to announce offers , discount programs 6. allows store partner to launch loyalty programs to retain customers 7. allows store partner to expand his client base beyod the neiighbour hood by leveraging our delivery and logistics team 8. stores can even collaborate (as they normaly do) more effectivley by inter partnering and ensuring larger area is covered without having the need to stock slow moving items, at the same time ensure that the customers gets all items he/she desire. The benefits of our solutions are following 1. Local stores get equal or better footing ( as they carry the advantage of having a relationship with consumer) 2. Local stores can identify a buying pattern over a period of time and can effectivly plan inventory/logistics 3. Local stores can increase their client reach beyond the neighbourhood 4. consumers get best of both worlds dealing with their good old store in a digital manner 5. consumers can benefit from discounts offered by the store partner 6. Local economy gets a boost (will be very very important in post lockdown phase) 7. Delivery will be contactess 8. In self pick up mode consumer need not wait at store , can go at a fixed time pick up his shopping list and walk away (very important in lock down phase and social distancing will be required in the post lockdwon phase too) 9.Helps build local ecossytem and enhance inter store collaboration.
