At Jaza Software, our mission is to create opportunities for sustainable growth in apparel manufacturing through smart software solutions that focus on optimization, actionable intelligence, and are flexible enough to meet the changing needs of the industry. Jaza Software was founded in 2017 in Bangalore, India. In a very short span of time, we have developed three innovative software solutions for the apparel manufacturing industry and together these solutions can boost productivity by up to 40%. The first solution is OptaFloor- a Shop Floor Optimization Software. This is a solution that goes beyond Real-time tracking by automating many processes using advanced algorithms and predictive analytics. It has several modules like real-time tracking, automated work allocation, live line balancing, downtime management, smart quality management system, preventive maintenance, etc. This solution alone can increase factory productivity by up to 30%. Another great solution is OptaCut- a fabric optimization software that can save up to 10% fabric through intelligent algorithmic planning at different stages of order processing. Even 2 to 3% of fabric savings can result in up to 15% increase in profitability because fabric constitutes almost 60-70% of the total garment cost. The third solution is OptaPlan- a Time and Action Calendar Software. Lead-time in the garment industry is very important and now it will be even more crucial because buyers would prefer place orders as close to the demand as possible.
