The startup is built with the aim of engaging with the principal employer unlike earlier & traditional practice of working as “sub-contractor” seeking projects from the main contractor, owing to stringent prequalification standards setup by employer. The main contractor by acting as intermediary would exact maximum part of our profit leaving a small / meager amount of profit to thrive. Subsequently, impacting our potential to hire more employees and provide them handsome wages. However, by getting registered with startup India, we expect concessions in prequalification to directly engage with “principal employer” leading to revenue enhancement and naturally improving our prospects of participating in more jobs which in turn leads to generate jobs and create wealth.
