Jeya Integrated Organic Farm LLP is an innovation-driven agri-biotech startup establishing India’s first structured, technology-enabled donkey milk ecosystem. The company integrates organic farming, scientific livestock management, advanced freeze-drying technology, and cosmetic science to develop high-value donkey milk-based dairy, wellness, confectionery, and skincare products. While donkey milk is globally recognized for its hypoallergenic, nutritional, and bioactive properties, India lacks an organized commercial segment for its production and value-added processing. Our startup addresses this gap by creating a vertically integrated “Farm-to-Finish” model covering ethical donkey rearing, hygienic milk extraction, low-temperature bioactive-preserving processing, and development of premium export-ready products. Our innovation lies in: • Use of freeze-drying (lyophilization) technology to preserve sensitive nutrients such as lactoferrin and lysozyme • Dual-industry platform design enabling applications in dairy, nutraceuticals, confectionery, and skincare • Integration of renewable energy and sustainable farming practices • Creation of a new specialty dairy and bio-cosmetic category in India The startup operates under the proposed brand “J4’s” and aims to serve both B2C and B2B markets including nutraceutical companies, cosmetic manufacturers, dermatology clinics, premium wellness consumers, and international buyers. With scalable modular farm units and export-oriented positioning, the company has strong potential for national expansion and global market penetration.
