Conventional job boards encourage high-volume applications but provide limited guidance on whether a candidate genuinely meets a role’s requirements. JobPilot indexes job opportunities from employer career pages and converts each user’s resume into a structured profile covering skills, experience, projects, seniority and domain expertise. Instead of displaying a generic keyword-match percentage, JobPilot evaluates each opportunity across four dimensions: Skill Match, Overall Fit, Risk Level and Effort Required. It explains why a candidate is suitable or unsuitable, identifies missing must-have requirements and grounds its recommendations in evidence from the candidate’s actual experience. The platform improves existing recruitment services by combining job discovery, personalised fit assessment, application preparation and application tracking within one workflow. It helps fresh graduates, experienced professionals and career switchers focus on fewer, better-matched opportunities while discouraging fabricated or misleading application content. JobPilot operates through a scalable cloud-based software model capable of serving job seekers across India. It can grow through individual subscriptions and partnerships with colleges, universities, training providers and workforce-development institutions.
