We. (JK ENERGY, Pune, Maharashtra) have invented "Fast Pyrolysis (continuous) System" for scientific conversion of any DRY AGRO waste to active energy without the pollution of the environment. We developed a pilot project for Govt of Maharashtra, "MAHARASHTRA BAMBOO DEVELOPMENT BOARD", Nagpur, Maharashtra. (Special purpose of any type of "Bamboo waste" disposal project). On the completion of the process of any Dry Biomass Waste, we get three Bio Products: - 1) Pyrolysis Oil. - 45/50% 2) Activated Charcoal - 25/30% 3) Syn Gas. - 20/25% ◆ (with the help of LIT-Laxminarayan Institute of Technology, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India) On distillation of pyrolysis oil we get * Light Diesel Oil (LDO-30/35%) * Natural Gas. (N.G-15/20%) * Pesticides. (45/50%) ◆ The Activated Charcoal obtained from the system is used in various industries such as the cosmetic industry, pharmaceutical industry, and Fertilizer industry. The Activated Charcoal can also be used for the purification of Water & chemicals.
