‘Justitia’, as the name suggests was the Roman Goddess of Justice. Justitia is a one stop platform which provides solutions to various legal needs. The platform aims to provide online Alternate dispute resolution services, which will further make the legal proceedings transparent and easily accessible for the clients as well as the litigators. It lays emphasis on Accessibility, readiness, Speed, Affordability, Simplicity, flexibility, transparency, fairness to ensure fair delivery of justice. It provides other legal services as well, such as Legal services for the litigants and other legal persons to stay updated on and have easy access to latest landmark judgements, articles etc of the legal system and provides ‘knowledge bank’ for the common man to get updates of the legal system and other related information of law. More organised and systematic moot courts will be conducted through this online platform where students from different parts or colleges can take part while being in their respective places, making it more conveniently accessible and hence providing a fair chance to everyone to take part without considering any external factors like various physical expenses involved.
