kaambazar.com We are a start-up focusing to bring revolution by creating an interface that abridges the gap between workers and clients. Through our web application and mobile app one can instantly start working/book services. Commission charges are too low with us and this charge includes the gear cost provided to each of our worker. We have started a new idea that if a worker is registered by using referral code of some person who is registered with us as a worker provider we give them some amount in return. By this way we can ensure maximum workers are registered with us. KaamBazar helps unskilled labours by providing them training i.e. working as a vocational institute. We verify each worker before they reach client and payment is only asked after the client is satisfied. We ensure our workers get a weekday off and compensation on any accident while providing service to client. Vision: Our vision is to organise the unorganised sector. We will achieve it by training unskilled labour and connecting workers in every domain to clients. We want to provide our workers a financial stability by ensuring they get their payments without any hassle directly in their bank account. We will ensure that every worker gets a proper working gear because safety of our clients and workers is our first priority. How it works: It’s always tough to get best worker to do your job. Often we go to mandi to find workers or rely on thekedaars to provide workers in bulk quantity. Most of the times we remain unsatisfied by the work quality provided. To eliminate all of these situation Sourabh Kumar and Ashutosh Verma have taken an initiative that can help revolutionizing work culture in India. KaamBazar is an interface that provides work solutions in three domains 1. 1.Household works 1. Maid 2. Home care taker 3. Drivers 4. Cleaners 5. Plumbers 6. Electrician 7. Painters 2. Industrial jobs: 1. Bulk workers 2. Mason (mistri) 3. Thekedaar 4. Others (as specified) Through our web application and mobile app one can instantly start working/book services. One just need to open our portal, register with us, choose domain/service and that’s all. You can see a large base of workers ready to do your job along with their reviews. If you are a worker looking for job then just select the kind of service you will be providing and it’s our job to connect you with the client.If you are a client then just search the services you are looking for and we will show a list of workers to choose from.
