Kannan Blue Metals – Quarry & M-Sand Production The quarrying process begins with overburden removal, followed by drilling and controlled blasting to extract rock. The blasted material is broken into 2.5 ft boulders using excavators and transported to the crushing plant. The 150 TPH primary crusher reduces boulders to 8-inch stones, which are further processed by 100 TPH secondary crushers into 1-inch aggregates. These aggregates are fed into a 150 TPH VSI crusher for M-Sand and P-Sand production. The sand is then washed, classified, and stocked before being dispatched to Erode, Tirupur, and Chennimalai. M-Sand is priced at ₹5,000 per unit, while P-Sand is ₹6,000 per unit, with rates varying based on transportation distance. Solid Block Manufacturing The company produces 5,000 high-pressure solid blocks daily in 4-inch, 6-inch, and 8-inch sizes, using raw materials from Kannan Blue Metals. Pricing is determined by transportation costs. Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) With a 75 m³/hr plant, a fleet of 6 transit mixers, and a 36-meter boom pump, the company supplies M20, M25, and M30 grade concrete across Erode. The plant is strategically located near Green Park School, Perundurai RS, ensuring efficient delivery.
