Kanrivo Pvt. Ltd. is a Nagpur-based SaaS start-up building an all-in-one cloud platform for co-working space operators across India and Southeast Asia. Our flagship product, Kanrivo, lets operators manage bookings, memberships, GST-ready billing, staff attendance, multi-branch operations, and analytics from a single dashboard — replacing the fragmented mix of WhatsApp groups, spreadsheets, and paper records most operators rely on today. Kanrivo is built by iLoma Technology Pvt. Ltd., a Nagpur-based technology company operating since 2018 with a 23-person team. This gives Kanrivo a founding team with over seven years of hands-on product and engineering experience behind it, rather than a first-time build. Since launching in March 2026, Kanrivo has onboarded two paying multi-branch customers in Nagpur and is in active discussions with additional co-working operators in the city. Beyond the core platform, we also build customizable software solutions for SMEs and enterprises with similar operational needs, and offer add-on services such as website revamps and new website builds for coworking operators, priced based on project scope. Our mission is to accelerate the digital transformation of the flexible workspace industry — starting in India's Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities and expanding across India and Southeast Asia — by improving operational efficiency, reducing revenue leakage, and enabling scalable growth for operators.
