KavachhX is our dedicated brand for technical safety and flame-resistant (FR) clothing – certified to global standards and designed for comfort to keep workers productive and protected. With KavachhX, we aim to take our expertise beyond India, bringing world-class safety wear to global markets through exports. KavachhX was formed from repeated on-site observation: regulatory compliance alone does not ensure real PPE adoption when heat stress, ventilation failure, and long-hour discomfort persist on the shop floor. Safety performance improves only when garments are actually wearable across full shifts. The KavachhX catalogue is built from plant-level research, ergonomic patterning, and industry-specific design engineering, aligned to worker mobility, thermal comfort, and productivity under continuous use. All garments are developed in alignment with EN ISO 11611, EN ISO 11612, EN 1149, IEC 61482, and applicable NFPA standards, with specifications defined at the fabric, trim, and finished-garment level. This work is backed by over 20 years of industrial garment manufacturing experience through Raashi Suppliers, serving large domestic and global industrial clients across safety and workwear categories.
