About Kevin Jose Builders Kevin Jose is a newly started construction company dealing with building commercial and residential properties in Tamil Nadu. We have started our company in 2020 with an investment of rupees ten lakhs. In addition to that, we have more than 3cr worth properties. Our unique design and award winning styles of buildings inspired many customers. Today we have spread our wings across a few cities of Tamil Nadu and have a few satisfied customers. Our Executive Director Dr. David Rajan, M.Tech, MBA, LLB, PhD, is a highly qualified and experienced professional in Real Estate Industry and his passion for home building is apparent in his work and the lasting impression he has on the clients he works with. Our Architects, Engineers, Interior Designers, Draughtsmen, Electricians, Plumbers, Air conditioning Mechanics, Carpenters, Painters and building contractors are customer friendly who are not only help you design & build quality and cost effective compact homes but also ensure rapid construction, Precision, on time delivery and Lifetime Support. We deal with the following construction services: 1. Home Building We have been in the home building business since June 2020. We ensure the highest standard of work practices, on-time delivery, extended warranty up to 25 years, and a hassle-free experience from plan approval to handover on all our construction projects to customers. Even for construction projects that are large and complex, we’re capable of overseeing the work and ensuring that it meets high standards. Our fourth coming projects are listed hereunder:- e-city Annex We own 5450 Sq. Ft of plot at market price of Rs.70.85 lakhs in which we are planning to build six homes for each Rs.300000 (thirty Lakhs) at Periakuppam, (opp to railway station), Thiruvallur Project II : Kings Avenue Annex Kottaiyur near Sunguvarchatram We own 72 cents of housing plots with the market price of Rs. 1.25cr in which we are planning to build 25 homes for each Rs.1800000 (eighteen lakhs) and the remaining Project III : Kings Avenue Project III: Kings Avenue, Kottaiyur Near Sunguvarchatram We have got 1.54 Acres (67144 sq.ft) of housing plots with the market price of Rs. 2.75 cr and we are planning to build homes next year. Project IV: Kevin Jose Farm Lands We have got another 4.67 Acres of Farm land at Cheyyur in ECR with the market price of Rs.3cr 2. Civil Contracting We undertake residential & commercial construction projects of different customers all over Tamil Nadu. One of the ways we distinguish ourselves is through our proven ability to assemble and coordinate teams of top, middle and lower-level workers. We’ve formed invaluable partnerships with companies that supply materials for construction and remodelling and we’ve developed mutually respectful and loyal relationships with the best architects, engineers, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, painters and other skilled workers. 3. Plot developing We are specialized and experienced in developing plots in and around Chennai. We also market Layout projects of other companies for benefits.
