Innovation: Innovation lies at the heart of Forward’s product and operations. That being said, we offer an omnichannel marketing platform to Shopify brands. In other words, Forward uses existing customer data to send intelligent campaigns through multiple channels - Email, SMS, Whatsapp, and Web Push Notifications. This enables Shopify brands to build engagement with their customers and drive revenue. In addition, Forward facilitates a marketing intelligence platform that is cookie-independent. As a result of this innovative approach, Shopify brands will not have dependability on cookies. Instead, the brands can use their customer data best to run contextual campaigns. Despite having similar entities in the market, we aim to develop groundbreaking technologies and introduce novel approaches. We continuously improve our offerings based on the internal Shopify brand needs and external market conditions. Improvement: True to our culture principle, ‘1% improvement’, we stay agile while continuously improving our products and services. For instance, most Shopify brands have tie-ups with TPAs like marketing agencies, designing partners or advertising agencies to run marketing campaigns. On the other hand, we have built several features (such as fully-customizable free templates, drag-and-drop visual builder, etc.) to empower Shopify brands to run their own campaigns. It’s also evident that AI is a pressing need in the present and future. Keeping this in mind, we have built a roadmap to integrate AI into the marketing intelligence platform in the next few months. This integration aims to help Shopify brands with super-personalized content that will get triggered to the right target audience. It will also offer a detailed analysis of the customers and their behaviours. Scalability: As of now, we cater to Shopify brands. With time, we will offer our products and services to other addressable marketplaces (such as BigCommerce, Dukaan etc.) We have also established partnerships with other entities and network through our communities and other communities.
