People increasingly prefer ordering essentials online, and with internet penetration deepening across smaller towns and villages, this shift is only going to accelerate. The problem is that the average kirana store has no way to ride this wave, and risks losing its customers to quick commerce giants who are quietly building a monopoly over how India buys groceries.But here is what people miss. Kiranas already take orders over the phone every single day. They already know their customers personally. They just don't have the tools. KiranaOS gives them those tools, a simple mobile first way to put their store online, take and manage orders, track inventory and customer khata, and stay connected over WhatsApp. We are not asking shopkeepers to change how they work, we are making what they already do effortless.India has over 13 million kirana stores. At just ₹35 a month, the model is affordable for even the smallest shop, which makes it deeply scalable. Even if we reach only 20% of this market, that is around 2.6 million stores, our annual recurring revenue would cross ₹100 crore. And the early signs are strong. Over the past few days our users have been genuinely happy with the product, coming back to use it daily and spreading the word on their own.The future of retail does not have to belong only to the giants. With KiranaOS, the corner store gets to win too.
