In short, Klaxontech is a one stop solution for all types of your Manpower requirements i.e. · Sourcing, Salaries, Replacement costs & Mobilization/Demobilization costs, Statutory & Professional Tax, Bonus & Gratuity, Employee portal & Employee Benefits. · Fixed the monthly rate mentioned hereinabove is all inclusive and covers Salary & Perks, Bonus, LTA, PF, ESI, Leave, Medical Claim, and any other incidental expenses and all benefits that become due to the Personnel (to be deputed by Klaxontech under this Agreement) on account of Government laws, rules and regulations which shall be borne by Klaxontech alone and Egis India shall not be held liable for the same under any circumstances. · Day to day Accommodation and travel to Egis India office/site for Klaxontech Employees.
