Subjects to the provisions of the Act, to distribute among the members, in specie, any property of the Company or any proceeds of sale or disposal of any property of the Company in the event of winding up of the Company. 4. To draw, make, issue, accept, transfer and endorse, discount, execute and negotiate promissory notes, hundies, bills of exchange, cheques, drafts, bills of lading.
